I work on genuine vintage or antique pieces, which usually show natural signs of wear & tear for their age. Please do not purchase if you require an "as new" item.

Think about front door width, hall size, staircase width & any associated turning circles on landings. Also, do ensure a piece will fit into your chosen area. For alcoves, always measure at floor level & between the skirting boards, if space is critical.

Please note that any associated return courier fees remain the responsibility of the buyer. For any refund to be considered & agreed after the 7 day period, the item must be returned in the condition it was sold, as per my own detailed photographic records.

Delivery must be organised with any courier & their services paid for directly by the buyer.

Please note that I do not provide the pallets & packaging that some commercial couriers insist upon, due to the costs & labour involved. So, please, read any chosen courier's smallprint to ensure they understand the above, before engaging their services.
Local delivery of smaller items may be possible for a small charge.
